When you connect your Trainerize account, CoachRadar reads your coaching team's message threads, including thread metadata (client names, timestamps, read/unread status) and message content. This data is stored in our database to power the conversation visibility dashboard.
We also collect your email address and basic account information when you sign up.
We collect usage data such as page views, feature interactions, and session activity to understand how the product is used and to improve it over time.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Resend for email delivery, Supabase for database hosting).
Your Trainerize API token is encrypted at rest and is never exposed in logs, emails, or error responses. We use it only to sync message data on your behalf.
CoachRadar uses AI to analyze conversation content and flag clients who may be at risk of cancelling. This analysis runs automatically on message data stored in your account. No message content is used to train AI models.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@coachradar.ai. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
We use session cookies for authentication. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used, including page views, feature usage, and session recordings. This data is used solely to improve CoachRadar and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
