When you connect your Trainerize account, CoachRadar reads your coaching team's message threads — specifically thread metadata (client names, timestamps, read/unread status) and message content. This data is stored in our database to power the conversation visibility dashboard.
We also collect your email address and basic account information when you sign up.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Resend for email delivery, Supabase for database hosting).
Your Trainerize API token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and is never exposed in logs, emails, or error responses. We use it only to sync message data on your behalf.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@coachradar.ai. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no advertising cookies.
