Acceptance

By creating an account or using CoachRadar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What CoachRadar does

CoachRadar connects to your Trainerize account to surface conversation activity for your coaching team. It reads message data and presents it in a dashboard. It does not send messages, modify your Trainerize data, or act on your behalf beyond reading and syncing.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to connect the Trainerize account you provide (it must be your account or your organization's account)
• You are responsible for how you use the data CoachRadar surfaces
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Free tier

The free plan allows monitoring up to 2 coaches. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued with 30 days notice.

Paid plans

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Service availability

CoachRadar is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, sync delays, or data gaps.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@coachradar.ai.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of CoachRadar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
